We think the children settled in brilliantly during their first few weeks. Thank you to all of the parents for supporting the new school routine. In the first half term we spent lots of time getting to know the children. We loved all of the ‘Marvellous Me’ bags that were shared at school. They were a fantastic way for the children to learn a little bit more about each other. We have been doing lots of creative activities this half term. The children really enjoyed painting self-portraits.

October

October was the month where we really started to explore ‘Autumn'. The children loved exploring the school site for signs of Autumn. We found lots of different coloured leaves and even spotted a few squirrels, but unfortunately we never found a hedgehog!
