Dear Reception Parents/Carers

We wanted to reassure you that we are busy working at home to help further your child’s learning. We have brainstormed some ideas as a Reception team and we aim to use Tapestry as our main way of communicating with you on a weekly basis.

Our plan of action:

-We will video bedtime stories that will be uploaded to Tapestry 

-We will video phonics and maths lessons and add work/ideas that can be carried out at home

-We will make a very simple structure of planning and objectives that would have been covered in the weeks to come and ideas for you to do at home 

When videos/messages are uploaded- please do not comment on that observation as everyone will see your comments, Please instead, create a new observation for the teachers to see. Alternatively, please email the school office and it will be sent on to the respective teacher. 

Please can parent reps for each class text this to the class WhatsApp groups too as we still have a few parents that have yet to activate their Tapestry accounts or provide us with emails to do so.
