On Friday, we were learning about and celebrating Eid. Hazel’s parents very kindly came in to nursery to talk to the children about Ramadan and Eid. The children learned about fasting for 1 month, as well as seeing friends and family, sharing hugs and being kind to each other. They also learnt about celebrating with a special breakfast and exchanging gifts and treats. We all watched a short cartoon about looking for the Ramadan moon. The children were all very engaged throughout the activity. 
 
We have also been making some amazing Ramadan moon crafts and doing some colouring activities.
