We’ve had an action-packed week focused all around healthy living and staying active! The children have been participating in sports sessions with Sean McInnes and his fantastic team, dance and 'Wake Up Shake Up' with Don Rae, as well as competing in sports day.
Alongside all the movement, we’ve been learning all about eating healthy and nutritious foods and the importance of looking after our bodies. The children enjoyed a delicious Big Breakfast of healthy cereals, wholemeal bread and fruit. It has been wonderful to see the children’s enthusiasm for making healthy choices and cheering on their classmates during sports day. Well done eveybody!



The children in Year 2 were inspired this week to make their own booklets about healthy living. We loved reading all their interesting facts and advice!
