This half term we have spent a lot of time getting to know the children. We have loved listening to the children talk about their ‘Marvellous Me’ bags and all the special things inside. We have been busy painting portraits of ourselves, looking at similarities and differences and why we are special.

The children have been looking for shapes in the environment. Each class went on shape hunts in the playground. Look what shapes we found!

We have been busy looking for signs of Autumn around the school grounds. We explored the big playground and orchard and found lots of Autumnal leaves that had fallen. The children enjoyed looking at all the different colours.

We had an amazing time at the Grandparent’s Tea Party. The children loved seeing their family members and enjoyed all of goodies that had been decorated. We hope you enjoyed the children’s singing, they had been practising very hard over the past few weeks!
