Your PTA needs you!
Since 2011, the money we raised helped us to buy the following for the schools:
-
Outdoor play equipment in the reception playground
-
Special learning weeks such as multicultural week or maths week
-
Interactive Smart boards in KS1 classrooms
-
Classroom contributions
-
Leaving gifts for year 6
-
New nature garden for the Junior school
-
Piano for both schools in the Great Hall
-
A set of laptops of the Junior school
The money raised is distributed evenly across the Infant and Junior schools so that all children benefit.
We need your help to enrich our children’s education and also have some family fun! Without our volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to put on the popular events that everyone enjoys and raise these all-important funds. Getting involved in events is also a good way to get to know other parents and learn some new skills. It can be a lot of fun too!
We have regular meetings, but you don’t have to attend to be involved. We need a wide range of skills, so if you enjoy catering, finance, art, general organisation or have fundraising ideas then get in touch and get involved! Even if it’s just 30 minutes before an event or designing a poster all help is appreciated and you will have support from the rest of the team.
Our main fundraising events are the Christmas and Summer Fairs. We also organise school discos, Christmas cards (printed with your child's own design), quiz nights and cake sales.
For more information or to get involved please contact us below. Please do help and support our schools in any way you can!
